Andrea Jasziczky

Project manager, trainer, process improvement and quality expert

Welcome to my website!

I am Andrea Jasziczky, project manager, service development specialist, trainer, auditor. I have a wide range of professional experience that enables me to provide effective support for complex professional and organisational problems and challenges.
I hold a degree in economics and sociology from BGE in International Services Marketing and a degree in sociology and economics from Corvinus University, specialising in market research. I am a certified Project Management Professional and Agile Coach Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a qualified coach and trainer.
In addition to my consulting work, I have taught project management and market research at the Budapest University of Economics and Business, and I have also done PhD studies in service development at the Szent István University in Gödöllő.
Since 2001, I have worked for several international and national organisations in various roles: project manager, process development and compliance consultant, quality and process development, and CRM middle manager.
In these nearly 25 years I have gained insight into different sectors (telecoms, banking, energy), different types of organisations (multinational, public, SME), professional areas and management cultures.
My rich and varied career path has not followed the usual pattern, learning, solving complex problems, learning about the world and sometimes changing it, has always been an important part of my life...
I have learnt the importance of motivation, understanding goals, providing a 'bridge' between stakeholders, and being able to quickly see and deal with problems.
Thinking together, working together, is important to me. I believe that there is a solution to every problem.
